We've catered offsites at Mount Snow, Stratton, the Equinox, the Inn at Mount Snow, private estates, working farms, and corporate retreat centers across Southern Vermont and the Berkshires.
For multi-day retreats we plan a full meal arc: a relaxed welcome dinner the first night, plated breakfasts and working lunches through the workdays, an outdoor BBQ or activity-based dinner mid-week, and a polished farewell dinner to send the team home full and happy.
We track every dietary need across the roster - allergies, vegan, kosher, gluten-free - and label each meal so attendees never have to ask.
Wood-fired pizza nights, Vermont cheese-and-cider tastings, lobster bakes by the lake, smoked-meat BBQs with live music - the meal becomes the activity. We bring the chefs, the equipment, and the show.
